Copy a national teams DLS logo
These are the most-searched country badges. More are added regularly, so check back if yours isn’t here yet.
Every badge is 512×512 PNG with a transparent background. Smaller files import blurry and larger ones usually get rejected, so this is the only size worth using.
Updated after the 2026 World Cup
Spain beat Argentina 1-0 after extra time on 19 July 2026 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. Ferran Torres, on as a substitute in the 62nd minute, scored the only goal in the 106th. It was the first 48-team World Cup and the first hosted by three countries at once.
England finished third, beating France 6-4 in the bronze final with a Bukayo Saka hat-trick.
Why that is significant to your badge. All Spain logos prior to 19th July 2026 feature one star. Spain now has two. Once you have picked up a Spain badge from any logo list that hasn’t been updated since the summer, it’s an old badge and the number of stars is the indication.
Star counts, and the one everyone gets wrong
National crests are placed on stars that denote a World Cup victory. It’s the minute things that they take notice of when it comes to the shirt and it’s the minute thing that almost no one updates.
As of July 2026, the current counts are: Brazil (5), Germany & Italy (4 each), Argentina (3), France (2), Spain (2) and England (1).
Only Spain changed and it’s the country you should visit. Bring with you the Spain badge you are wearing. One star indicates that it is before the final.
A true fact to know, Uruguay boasts four stars, even though they have won just two World Cups. They also claim their 1924 and 1928 Olympic trophies, which were at the time the world championship, and 1930 and 1950, as the FIFA recognised them as such. If you think that a Uruguay badge is wrong and has four stars, it isn’t. This is the Official Crest.

Flags or crests? They’re not the same thing
There are two meanings to the term “national team logo” and this is the most frequently overlooked way to make a country badge look bad in-game.
The crest is the symbol of the federation. The CBF badge from Brazil, the RFEF crest from Spain and the FFF cockerel from France. They are intended to be worn as badges, attach to the chest of the actual shirt and fall in to Dream League Soccer as if they were just right.
For a lot of people – their country in particular – the flag is what they really want. There’s something I didn’t tell you about DLS; it strips all badges you import into a circle. A flag is a rectangle flag.A flag is a rectangle-shaped flag. Import 1 raw and the game cuts the ends off leaving the middle third of your flag stretched into a circle. Horizontal tricolour is three meaningless bands of colour without any means of discerning which country they are from.
If you have to do a flag DLS logo and think you did something wrong, you haven’t! This is what the crop does to a rectangle!
The patch is a circular flag patch, with the flag pattern not clipped off of the edge of the circle. If the flag of a country is well suited to that style, both versions are shown above on the card, but labelled separately. The general guidelines can be found in the general crop rules section of the main guide.
Browse by confederation
I’ve written 200 alphabetical entries which is useless on a cell phone, and so badges are sorted into the groups the way football gets sorted. A copy-all list is provided in each section as 55 badges is a handy list to have in your notes, but 200 is not.
World Cup 2026 debutants
When the number of teams grew to 48 teams in this new edition, there were countries that never competed before; and that badges have never appeared in a DLS’s badge list, is just because no one had an excuse to create one.
Cape Verde reached their first World Cup and pushed Argentina in the round of 32. Haiti came back after 52 years, their first appearance since 1974, and Wilson Isidor scored for them.
Older and vintage badges
Existing countries will still function, even if they no longer exist. Dream League Soccer takes any 512×512 working URL, and doesn’t know if the country on a badge is still on the map.
Zaire, USSR, Yugoslavia, West Germany, and Czechoslovakia. In the event that you’re working on a 70s or 80s side, they work great, they import as any badge and they are useful.
FAQ
What is the difference between a national teams dls logo and flag in DLS?
The logo is the football federation’s crest which will be placed on a shirt. The flag depicts the country’s flag. They can both work although it is a flag that should be circular to avoid cropped images.
Why my Flag Logo appears cut off?
DLS cuts out all the badges in a circle and the flags are rectangles. Only sides are cut and middle is stretched. Do not use a raw picture of a flag, please use a circular flag badge.
Who have a star on their badge?
World Cup winners. The five Brazil, four Germany and Italy, three Argentina, two France and Spain, one England. Uruguay have four (including two Olympic), while the 2020s is also a decade with 4.The 2020s is a decade with 4 and Uruguay have 4 (including 2 Olympic).
So, how many stars has Spain got now?
Two. They won in 2010 and again on 19 July 2026. All Spain badges with 1 star are from prior to that final.
Can I use a country that doesn’t exist any more?
Yes. Badges are imported into USSR, Yugoslavia and West Germany exactly as they are now. Don’t check the game.
Where are the kits to match?
On each country or all on the national team kits page.
Save your URLs before you close this page. Drop the badges you want into a notes app, because logos don’t transfer when you switch phones, a saved list turns a lost evening into a one-minute job.
Star counts change every four years. This page gets rechecked after every tournament, so the badge you copy is the current one.
